Safetec of America, Inc. is your trusted source for infection control, first aid and compliance products for 25+ years. We are seeking a full-time, inside B2B Account Manager. Ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate or an individual with desire to learn all aspects of the business environment. Position will be responsible for a range of marketing and sales tactics including CRM management, prospect qualification, quote follow-up, direct mail requests, and trade shows.  Comprehensive in-house training on business, marketing, and sales concepts is provided.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Qualify prospects and generate leads through targeted calling campaigns
  • Deliver prepared sales dialogue that describes products and services in order to qualify prospect and to persuade a potential customer to submit a quote request or purchase order
  • Explain products or services, answer questions, and seek out solutions/answers from coworkers
  • Obtain business information such as name, contact title, address, phone number, email address, and level of product/service usage
  • Record names, addresses, usage, and reactions of prospects contacted in company database.
  • Call, write emails, or send mail packages to prospects to follow up initial telemarketing contact

Education & Qualifications:

  • Recent college graduate; bachelor’s degree required Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics 
  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, telesales, or telemarketing is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in standard business computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Explorer
  • Ability to conduct research on the Internet
  • Adept at documenting activities and maintaining call-back schedule
