Full-Time: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, package, and ship customer orders using UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and other approved providers
  • Verify shipping documents, labels, packing slips, and bills of lading for accuracy
  • Ensure orders are shipped accurately, securely, and on time
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, supplies, and finished goods; report discrepancies or damage
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to support customer fulfillment
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories while following inventory control procedures
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with company policies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
  • Work with shipping, production, purchasing, and customer service teams to meet operational goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Work Experience

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field
  • Forklift certification or the ability to become certified
  • Experience with UPS, FedEx, and shipping software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
