Sales Account Manager

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will work with cold and warm leads, qualifying, setting appointments, and closing. To be successful in this role, you will need to understand the sales process and dynamics and have superb interpersonal skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is a must.

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Obtain new B2B accounts nationally and within the WNY region
  • Develop strategies to build and grow your existing account base
  • Qualify prospects and generate leads through targeted campaigns
  • Should be proficient in explaining products or services and seeking solutions for our customers
  • Follow up on all sales leads within your assigned territory
  • Plan and document all calls in the CRM software, ensuring superior customer service through team awareness of customer needs and the status of accounts
  • Develop a strong, interactive, and supportive relationship with other members of the Sales Team and Department Management
  • Offer suggestions and ideas for process improvement, helping to effect positive change
