What You’ll Do:

  • Be the friendly voice of Safetec—answer incoming calls and provide cheerful, professional service.
  • Process quotes, orders, and returns efficiently and accurately.
  • Follow up with customers on order details, pricing, and delivery updates.
  • Keep customers informed on order status and confirmations.
  • Assist with setting up new customer accounts, and ensuring proper documentation and communication.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to meet customer needs.
  • Stay up to date on our product offerings, including new launches.
  • Greet and assist visitors at our front desk, ensuring a welcoming experience.

What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of customer service or inside sales experience (manufacturing experience is a plus!).
  • Familiarity with freight terms is a bonus.
  • A strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, motivated, and well-organized approach to work.
