National Sales Account Manager

We are excited to invite a dedicated National Sales Account Manager to our expanding team. In this role, you'll engage with cold and warm leads, qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and close deals. You'll need a solid understanding of the sales process, exceptional interpersonal skills, and prior sales experience to succeed.
This is primarily an inside sales position, based at our Buffalo headquarters, with occasional travel throughout the year for training, national sales meetings, trade shows, and customer visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand and enhance our existing account base
- Account Management: Maintain, nurture, and grow key national accounts by fostering strong relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value, and ensuring client satisfaction
- New Business Development: Acquire new B2B accounts through targeted campaigns
- Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects and generate leads, using your expertise to find the best solutions for customers
- Proactive Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on all sales leads within your book of business
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to document interactions and ensure our team is aware of customer needs and account status
- Team Collaboration: Build strong, supportive relationships with fellow Sales Team members and Management
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives by contributing suggestions and ideas
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Inside Sales or Account Management
- A competitive nature and a drive to exceed sales goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients
- A combination of education and experience that demonstrates a proven track record in this field
- Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software, Outlook, and Zoom Info
