We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Account Manager with 10+ years of sales experience in healthcare and first aid distribution or manufacturing. This role blends strategic account management, revenue growth, and team mentorship. The Sr. Account Manager will drive business expansion, influence sales strategy, and mentor colleagues to elevate the performance of the entire sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and win new B2B opportunities with healthcare distributors, hospitals, IDNs, and first aid networks, expanding market presence and revenue.
- Strategically manage and grow an existing account portfolio through solution-oriented selling and proactive relationship management.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Execute targeted, data-driven sales campaigns and qualify leads to maximize growth opportunities.
- Communicate product value and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
- Document all activities in CRM software to ensure team collaboration and top-tier customer service.
- Contribute innovative ideas that drive sales effectiveness, operational efficiencies, and business growth.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of successful sales experience in healthcare distribution, medical products, or manufacturing with a track record of exceeding revenue targets and expanding strategic accounts.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading other sales professionals.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-first, results-driven approach.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Relevant education and/or professional experience supporting success in a senior sales role.
