  • Review Production documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Work with Manufacturing to address needed corrections to documents
  • Inspect related product retains for compliance and manage the storage of samples
  • Manage the Product Retain Database
  • Complete product approval and release into the Unix Inventory System
  • Create, and provide general customers with specific COA/COC
  • Document corrective actions (CAPA and CAR)
  • Perform raw material approvals
  • Perform yield and label reconciliations
  • Support customer complaint process
  • Support document change controls
  • Assist with the creation and revisions of batch records
  • Assist with regulatory and internal audits by gathering data and documents
  • Complete other special or continuous improvement projects


  • 2 or more years experience in Quality Assurance
  • Associates required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and listening skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Very effective organizational skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer programs
