Responsibilities
- Review Production documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Work with Manufacturing to address needed corrections to documents
- Inspect related product retains for compliance and manage the storage of samples
- Manage the Product Retain Database
- Complete product approval and release into the Unix Inventory System
- Create, and provide general customers with specific COA/COC
- Document corrective actions (CAPA and CAR)
- Perform raw material approvals
- Perform yield and label reconciliations
- Support customer complaint process
- Support document change controls
- Assist with the creation and revisions of batch records
- Assist with regulatory and internal audits by gathering data and documents
- Complete other special or continuous improvement projects
Requirements
- 2 or more years experience in Quality Assurance
- Associates required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and listening skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Very effective organizational skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer programs
