Responsibilities:
- Filing, data entry, record keeping, and typing
- Creating new work orders, updating production schedule
- Label generation for current and upcoming orders
- Maintaining Label (Cage) room
- Issuing BPRs, including creating and organizing all necessary paperwork for each order
- Updating all logs as necessary
- Filing Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
- Ordering supplies, as needed
- Other duties as specified by office personnel, production supervisor, or manager
Required Skills and Work Experience:
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Works well with others
- Good organizational skills
- Two or more years of work experience in an office setting; manufacturing experience a plus
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
