Responsibilities:

  • Filing, data entry, record keeping, and typing
  • Creating new work orders, updating production schedule
  • Label generation for current and upcoming orders
  • Maintaining Label (Cage) room
  • Issuing BPRs, including creating and organizing all necessary paperwork for each order
  • Updating all logs as necessary
  • Filing Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
  • Ordering supplies, as needed
  • Other duties as specified by office personnel, production supervisor, or manager

 

Required Skills and Work Experience:

  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Works well with others
  • Good organizational skills
  • Two or more years of work experience in an office setting; manufacturing experience a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
