Production Coordinator
Safetec is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing essential clerical functions to ensure efficient production control. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating seamless information and material flow among various departments, collaborating closely with Production Leadership. Additionally, you will work together with Human Resources to provide valuable onboarding assistance and ongoing support to our valued employees. Responsibilities:
- Filing, data entry, record keeping, and typing
- Creating new work orders, updating production schedule
- Label generation and management for current and upcoming orders
- Issuing BPRs, including creating and organizing all necessary paperwork for each order
- Updating all logs as necessary
- Filing Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
- Ordering supplies, as needed
- Other duties as specified by production leadership
Required Skills and Work Experience:
- Two or more years of work experience in an office setting preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy are a must
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Works well with others
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
