We are excited to invite a dedicated Inside Sales Account Manager to our expanding team. In this role, you'll engage with cold and warm leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and closing deals. You'll need a solid understanding of the sales process, exceptional interpersonal skills, and prior sales experience to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand and enhance our existing account base.
  • New Business Development: Acquire new B2B accounts through targeted campaigns.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects and generate leads, using your expertise to find the best solutions for customers.
  • Proactive Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on all sales leads within your designated territory.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to document interactions and ensure our team is aware of customer needs and account status.
  • Team Collaboration: Build strong, supportive relationships with fellow Sales Team members and Department Management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives by contributing suggestions and ideas.

 Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Inside Sales or Account Management.
  • A combination of education and experience that demonstrates a proven track record in this field.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software, Outlook, and Zoom Info.

Compensation and Benefits: Safetec offers a competitive salary ($52,000-$57,000 based on experience) plus commission opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
