Director of Sales

Safetec is looking for an energetic, organized and customer-focused Director of Sales to join their fun, hardworking team of results-driven, creative, and collaborative people! We’re looking for the right person to lead our sales team - someone to continue developing our talented sales group, and identify new markets, new opportunities, and new sales approaches.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and set the strategic direction of the sales program to maximize profit
  • Work closely with sales team to achieve consistent sales growth in B2B market
  • Set quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals
  • Direct private label program and project management team
  • Work with the marketing department to design promotional materials for the company's products and services
  • Monitor the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting
  • Review customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Create sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships
  • Manage employee’s performance to include reviews and employee discipline issues
  • Interviewing of potential employees
  • Attend trade shows as a representative of the company

 What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Management, including planning and execution
  • Bachelor’s in business, marketing, communications, or management preferred
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong analytical skills and great with numbers
  • Demonstrable experience developing high-performing B2B sales team
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills
